In our fit & Fight class we work on specific muscle groups, cardio fitness, and elements of cross over between martial arts and intense fitness to provide the ultimate workout program. The program combines aspects from several popular fitness practices such as cross fit, circuit training, and cardio kickboxing. Every class is a combination of cardio, strength, core, stamina, and endurance work.
Classes are challenging yet fun and entertaining. The atmosphere is that of personal training in a group setting – each person gets to work on their own level and personal needs, at the same time being encouraged and challenged by the group.
